The Third District Scholarship, Talent Hunt, and Social Action Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that works tirelessly to support our communities through scholarships, recognition of youth talent, and community social action.

The Third District Foundation wishes to continue its mission of uplifting our community during these burdensome times by offering our support. With that, we are actively taking steps to provide assistance where it is needed the most by creating a fund that will address and supports the "GENERAL" initiatives of our Foundation to individuals and families in Maryland, Washington D.C., and the Virginia region.
