The Third District Scholarship, Talent Hunt, and Social Action Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that works tirelessly to support our communities through scholarships, recognition of youth talent, and community social action.

We are all well aware of the enormous burden that the Coronavirus and Disease (COVID-19) pandemic is having on our communities. Government officials and businesses have instituted sweeping measures to halt the spread of the virus. School closures, travel and event cancellation, remote work, and social distancing have disrupted our lives physically, socially, and economically.

The Third District Foundation wishes to continue its mission of uplifting our community during these burdensome times by offering temporary financial relief to those directly impacted. With that, we are actively taking steps to provide assistance where it is needed the most by creating a fund that will address and support the needs of our region’s most vulnerable residents impacted by COVID-19. Our goal is to offering direct aid to impacted individuals and families in Maryland, Washington D.C., and Virginia.
