They say it takes a village to raise a child and we could say the same about creating a new opera. Each of our productions is the result of many months where very talented artists slowly mould an idea into a story that will transport you for the space of a performance, and hopefully live in your memory for many years.
It is also something that could not exist without the love and generosity of the many people that feel passionate about it and want to share this great art form with others: this incredible support has allowed us to many new works that we are very proud of.
But the road doesn’t stop there: times like these remind us of our shared humanity and the importance to share stories and create art and beautiful music. Your support makes it possible to invest in the future of opera, to reward the work of the many talented artists involved in turning these ideas into reality, and to touch many more people with the beauty of opera.
