Women not recognised ...not encouraged..especially if not well educated...they(males monks and male teachers) see but dont help ...sub sub concious contact of some kind which a wisp of only is gathered ... Some kind of coded talk sometimes...not much recognition as not trained . Amazing how this happens ..in this day and age...nothing changed !
