My introduction to teaching was BF Skinner. It wasn't just a college theory class. I practiced it at my job as a dolphin trainer/show presenter. It carried over to my swim classes and my business. I thought it was set, match over. It was the best thing since sliced cake! However, I re-entered the work place 20 years of self employed business to find a shocking place. Today's workplace is much worse than I ever experienced before - I found too many people not understanding the methods of positive reinforcement and just simply going back to punishment etc. I am making a monthly donation because I want bosses, employees, friends, and country to benefit from this wonderful science. Change begins with me. I hope my small amount will help the foundation. Many thanks for all of the amazing information.
