This donation is my continuing effort to advocate for women to take their rightful place working at sea and/or ashore in our industry. I can't fathom how we can have it any other way. That's what Kawika taught me many years ago when it still wasn't considered 'normal' to have more women working at sea.
This donation is in memory of Capt. Dave "Kawika" Lyman, lost off the pilot ladder on 1/29/06 at Nawiliwili, Kauai.
