I support the effort, but reject the premise that "psychological grounds for invalidity" exist. Aquinas says "charity perfects nature," but the status quo says charity IS nature since marriage is nature and if charity is it's essence. One only needs "capacity" for biology. When love wins, marriage loses - and here we are.

I wish I could give $100 million for this good work, but my prayers will have to suffice for what I cannot give financially. The attack on marriage has been devastating to the church, families and society.

Satan activity is obvious in his destruction of the domestic church the family. From 1968 to 1988 US annulments rose 21000 percent. In his communist manifesto Marx sought "the abolition of the family." That's exactly what's going on in the US right now. What's insane is the Church is complicit in the destruction. God hates divorce yet most diocese allow their flock to file for divorce while remaining in good standing with the Church. Pope John Paul forbade a lawyer to represent a divorce petitioner. Please consider donating to help Tim get justice.

This makes me very uncomfortable with my own appeal. I pray Tim’s truth is acknowledged and the vows are upheld.

God bless this man for fighting for his marriage. Who would have thought Catholics who marry in the Church, in good faith and doing all that the Church asks and requires of them, will simply be "annulled" when one of them wants to be done. God help us.

We expect the Church to uphold marriage, not tear it down. I pray "Tim" finds real justice.

The Modernist Church has a marriage crisis and it has only gotten worse since 1968 when the higher ups in the Catholic Church decided to follow the culture and accept the evil of "no fault divorce" as the new norm, and would not stand against it. And many modern day white martyrs, like Tim, are being persecuted by The Church with their ambiguous laws on the validity of a marriage and who seem to arrogantly ignore the very clear and strong teaching of Jesus on marriage and the family. Persecuted for wanting the truth and justice. For those of us who stand up for the sanctity of marriage and trust in our Lord Jesus Christ, we are like many Davids facing a behemoth pagan Goliath. We need to fight any we can by prayer and sacrifice. Please consider contributing any amount you can as a sacrifice. Like the 1st century martyrs, we may not live to see the restoration of marriage as how it has been for 1968 years, at least in this life, but we can hope our children and grandchildren will have a true and strong Catholic Church behind them on marriage and the family.

Civil courts use No fault divorce to force a division of assets and limit one’s access to and authority over their children. If that is not burden enough, the American tribunals rather than upholding the marriage, default too often to a declaration of nullity, forcing a spouse to fight to uphold their sacramental marriage by appealing to Rome. Like civil courts, ecclesiastical courts require lawyers. The burden of hiring one is great when your assets, at best, have been halved but the households doubled. We must band together to uphold the sanctity of each marriage - if not, then we are silently agreeing that no marriage is worth honoring, and that marriage is not sacramental. Grateful to God for the opportunity to join the fight on this sacred battlefield. I will be backing the financial donation with prayers!
