It took some courage to reach out online to Robito, but I am so glad I did!!! After many years of working through my complex layers of childhood trauma, which had continued to show up on all levels throughout my life, I finally realized after the umpteenth disaster struck, that I could no longer do it alone and needed someone trustworthy and sincere to help me go beyond the deep work I’d already done. I decided to trust Robito to work with my deeply ingrained subconscious programming and was amazed already in the first session how much we managed to break through! I have noticed a lightness in my thoughts and feelings since my last session. I believe I was able to face a deep wound of my formative years, head on. While the source of all our fears may never be eliminated, we can look it in the eye and see for our adult selves how we distort and feed our early traumas. Of the main things we explored during the sessions, that little devil is no longer on my shoulder! e.g. when I look back at the stress I felt towards my old career :- Big shift here. Hubby and I were talking about our old jobs just the other day and while he was getting worked up, I felt no attachment at all, to the previous feelings of stress. Fantastic! And the regression was such a marvelous experience and I re visit it daily with a smile on face. So overall, I feel terrific and just so much lighter - I am sure you hear this all the time!

A week or so after our last session I found out I am pregnant, an offer was finally accepted for the land we were trying to sell, and it all has a peculiar number of 3s involved (including our 3rd child!). Which is a positive sign to me as I have always had a thing for the numbers 3 and 13. I have also not suffered any intense sadnesses or lack of motivation so far; in fact, now that we have hope moving to our new place I seem to be extra motivated to get things done and happening! Thanks so much for helping me unravel where I was stuck to enable energies to flow again.

The main thing I've noticed is I feel like lighter or like a relief as if something is gone or has been lifted out or off me that seemed like an internal heaviness or damper on my sense of self and self-expression. It's hard to describe but basically I feel transformed! Life seems to be more alive, and I feel more animated and connected to it. I just wanted to share too that this inner switch has occasioned some outer results such as increased confidence. I've received tons of insights and released feelings once pervasive but long ago forgotten. And I'm still incredulous and grateful as to how this hypnotherapy magic works. Thanks so much for the great work you facilitated. I can say with certainty that the bond you guided me to establish between adult me & my inner child has given me the strength to address past grievances with respect for the healed & healing parts. I am feeling less stuck, critical & frustrated about where I am & more accepting of my pace of progress. Our sessions were positively challenging & I continue to feel more at home in my own body as a result.

Really what most needed to be done was for me to really work on the issues that Robito's hypnotherapy had identified. Having properly reconnected with my mother's energy and my inner child by doing the work something amazing happened.... It felt like I truly aligned the core of my being and everything fell fully into place. Since then my vibration has gone up a few notches and I now feel that I have, as Osho put it, BECOME LOVE! 🥰 We have to go through the darkness and the shadows to emerge into the bright sunshine on the other side, and Robito's hypnotherapy sessions have certainly helped me to complete that journey. Our prior session helped a part of me ‘connect the dots’ of releasing stuck emotions, recognizing something wants to release and giving myself the space/permission to allow it to happen. For folks like me that are ‘hard on themselves’ , ignore the signs & power through.. I think that is a huge milestone for me 😁… it feels like a contraction where energy gets very dense and compressed and needs release, and I’m better at recognizing when that happens to initiate self-care since i’ve avoided that part for so long.

My hypnotherapy sessions with Robito were very special. I unblocked some past trauma with him and in one of our sessions, someone placed a baby in my arms and at the time I thought that the baby was me and I was healing my inner child. I later found out that I was pregnant and the conception was soon after this session! I felt very connected to the spirit realm throughout my pregnancy. I pictured myself swimming down through water (just as Robito had guided me to do at the start of our sessions) during labour to collect my baby. As above so below. My baby was born in her amniotic sac which is unusual and is often considered a blessing. Thank you Robito, that session was truly life changing.

Thanks so much for the session. The following day I felt like I was still in the warm glow of the eternal power, and I was so aware when I had the choice to allow my state to shift from it, it was quite lovely. I think the world is experiencing the accumulated karma of actions being perpetrated in the wrong state. The biggest message that I received, which was loud and clear was that remaining in this state is THE most important thing.

I still catch my mind wandering; however, I am able to quickly bring it back to whatever I am doing at the moment. I am becoming more aware that each task is just as important as any other. Whether it is the undivided attention I am giving to my child, sweeping the floor or closing a business deal I am not judging as much about what is "important" or not. Everything is as important as everything else while paradoxically none of it is really that important at all. Keep up the amazing work!

During the session we worked on 2 pain points in the body. My neck felt much better for the days following and continues to feel better. Mentally I feel balanced and calm, so all good there 😁 When I have been up on the roof previously (painting), my old fear of heights was very obvious- e.g I didn't feel comfortable wielding my brush on the perimeter but was happy in the center of the roof!!. However, I feel confident that I will be fine. I have called on the code word we established at the end of the session, and it has definitely helped. Adele

I’ve found a gentle clarity unfolding since our session, quite subtle, but definitely growing. The sense of holding myself as a baby and then a happy memory from my childhood, that you talked me through, have been something I’ve returned to since the session and I think these are useful reminders of the self love and the joy that I can connect with and use to support myself. Interesting how those images have really stayed strongly with me. In general I’m feeling more momentum and motivation in my daily life - I seem to feel more buoyant and optimistic than I have for some time, again in a very subtle but effective way.

I was amazed at how much you managed to get through in one hour... guided visualisation and connection to my higher self, emotional clearing, inner child work and a NLP type process whereby I have a cellular memory of the positive experience of self-love and radiance. I definitely feel more centred and at peace with myself and excited about what lies ahead for me. I know I have released old barriers and trust I can move forward with more ease in my life. I also feel more accepting of myself, more self-love and knowing that I don't have 'to be' anything in order to be OK and valued. So here’s what happened on a bumpy flight. I wasn’t enjoying it BUT no heart racing/ fear. Instead of the cartoon characters I kept seeing/hearing a little boy I work with (who is a real character as himself) saying “come on” and encouraging me! Thanks Robito! 😉

A little update on the BIG SHIFTS since our session on Tuesday … The clarity gained from the session was immense and it was all surrounding the dimming of my light by the work path I had chosen. I resigned on Wednesday and I cleared my belongings out on Friday and we are ALL DONE. My disco ball of light is once more free and beginning to re-illuminate herself from the inside out ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🤍 I woke yesterday with a download about a community education workshop I am going to develop and put out there, to support carers of people living with dementia (initially) based around breathwork and permission to relax…. The aim, being to relate better with and through LOVE, for their loved one. She’s BACK!

Since my session I feel lighter in the mind like something has been unblocked. Part of the session was about boosting self-confidence in public speaking. After the session I accepted the reigns with a public zoom and the anxiety/dread feeling was gone. Normally I’d crap it and make excuses and run, but I just got on with it. That liquid confidence floating about in me! With your guidance I could accept and understand and more importantly let go of the self doubt that was created at such a tender age. That was powerful. I feel like I came away unblocked from stuff that holds me back, taking on a public zoom solo last minute being proof of that. And you were so lovely and reassuring. Thank you!

Hypnosis with Robito was a deeply transformational experience and I feel that a lot of the benefit came partly from resisting the process in order to look after an infant part of me... e.g. not putting her into another boat, not wanting to put her down, or rush into our future...I am now stress averse and have let go of a number of things that cause me stress...and am growing my supervision practice.....lastly and very much mostly not least I booked a Caribbean cruise for Christmas... thank you very much for a deep and rich process.💜💕💜 x

Wowzer, what a week. The first session gave me so much more than I imagined it would. I noticed things were different almost immediately. From little things (old habits/threat assessing and safety seeking behaviours dissipating), postural changes (who knew) and lesser severity of headaches. You gave me the gift of connecting (in a loving space) with my younger self and I can’t tell you what a special moment that was, or how healing it was for me to start to unshackle myself from the mental chains, which were in part (unfortunately) given to me by a scared, hostile, and extremely critical parent. Letting go of what has always held me back (fear) is how I move forward - thank you for facilitating this change ❤.

Since our hypnosis session, when I think of my Mother, it now feels from a place of love. The panic and dread feels totally removed. When I try to recall past memories, they don’t appear to have significance and emotions attached. I was amazed how lucid I was and how in control. Thank you for your help. I have had two sessions with Robito and both have been very powerful mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically. After our last session my pain subsided greatly for over two days and I was so much more relaxed. It's been a wonderful experience and Robito is so patient, professional and caring. I am so very grateful for this second session. It ultimately lead me to a much needed reunion with both of my deceased parents. My relationship with each of them was complicated and incomplete due to circumstances of my childhood that were less than ideal and left me with deep wounds and painful memories. I confronted each of them independently, which I truly needed to do, and in the end was cathartic. I now feel like a weight has been lifted. After years of disconnection with my Mom, I feel that I am able to just be now. How wonderful. Working with Robito was like having a deep and clear look into my subconscious. I gained clarity on how I truly felt about certain projects I was working on, and also gained great perspective on where I truly wanted to go with my work. Interestingly, one of the exercises we did during hypnosis revealed some major moves I needed to make in my life.
