My daughter and I had the pleasure of working for and beside Bill as volunteers at CDHR. He was the best example of how a human should be; caring, compassionate, a lover of nature and animals. May you rest in peace Bill. Condolences to Bill’s family, friends and CDHR. May we all aspire to be as compassionate and caring as Bill.

Always there when needed, regardless of weather or time of day; amazingly understanding and respectful of the horses and their needs, and an invaluable member of the team that kept things running smoothly, expecting nothing in return, except the community and camradarie that accompanies rescue. Bill will be sorely missed.

Your legacy will live on at CDHR.
