Goal
2018 was an amazing year for Refresh Annapolis Valley. We:
- Hosted 49 events supporting entrepreneurship and digital technology within our community
- Over 60 volunteers made this all happen
- We partnered with 12 organizations 'cause we are stronger together
- Our events drew an estimated 930 participants
- We raised 15K to invest in our community
- We supported our youth mentors with honorariums of 3.5K
- We opened our toolshed which has approximately 10K in computer science educational material
If you thought 2018 was awesome, then hold onto your socks. This is going to be a big year for our all-volunteer run organization as we build on our previous years of K-12 educational activities to introduce the Computer Sciences and entrepreneurship to the next generation, and support our existing digital technology community. To do this, we are looking to raise $15,000 to expand upon our programming.
