Your membership is a sign of your support for our mission. You'll be invited to participate in monthly club meetings from April through October, participate in weekly or bi-weekly trail work parties, join weekly group rides, and help shape the future of bicycle-based recreation in and around Sandpoint.
There are many levels of membership from which to choose, from "Trail User" to "Trail Crew Leader." Each level comes with its own perks and benefits, and members of all levels are welcome to participate in club meetings, group rides, and trail work days.
For 2020 only we're offering a "Trail Crew Leader" membership option, which includes tuition to a 3-day IMBA Trail Building School hosted by POP in the Lower Basin trail network (May 28-30), during which you will be trained as a volunteer crew leader and help shape Sandpoint's newest trail: a modern, safe, and sustainable downhill trail to replace the existing trail between switchbacks 6 and 4 on Schweitzer Mountain Road. We will break ground on the trail during the May 28-30 trail building school and work will continue throughout the summer, with the aim of completing it by September 2020. This level of membership is limited to only 10 individuals, as space in the trail building school is limited.
Thanks for your support! We look forward to meeting you in person at our first club meeting in early spring 2020!
