Pongo’s 2022 year end campaign is raising funds to support our growth. Pongo is poised to build on the longstanding success of our program and sustain our impact for decades into the future. We are growing so that youth across the country can experience the same self-discovery and insight that we've inspired through Pongo's poetry mentorship programming.
Pongo's certification program is our plan to do that. Through certification, Pongo will empower educators, counselors, and others across the country with the tools and support to create new writing projects using our evidence-based poetry writing methodology. The result of this program will be the creation of a national network of healing poetry programs, supporting youth who have experienced trauma.
