The Prairie Hill Waldorf School's Annual Appeal is a year long campaign that raises funds to cover the gap between the cost of tuition and the cost of educating each child. Prairie Hill asks for 100% parent participation in the Annual Appeal, which is important when seeking grants and outside funding.
This academic year, we face the continued challenge of navigating the complexities of a pandemic, while holding strong in our commitment to bringing our students a robust, in-person Waldorf education. On campus learning is vital to our students’ academic success and offers us the best opportunity to support them socially and emotionally.
With this shift, came additional costs. Your support helps to make Waldorf education accessible now and for years to come.
Like other private non-profit schools, we rely on the generous donations of time, talent, and financial resources from our community to fulfill our mission. This support allows us to provide the highest quality education possible, while keeping tuition affordable so that more students can benefit from Waldorf education. All gifts are tax-deductible and support a broad range of school operations including tuition assistance, programming, teacher professional development, and improving our building and property.
