Help Feed the Hungry of Northeast Ohio!

“Suppose a brother or a sister is without clothes and daily food. If one of you says to them, "Go in peace; keep warm and well-fed," but does nothing about their physical needs, what good is it?”

What is Farmers & Hunters Feeding the Hungry (FHFH)?

Established in 1997, FHFH is a 501(c)(3) hunger relief ministry that enables hunters and farmers in states nationwide to provide nutritious meat to feed the needy of their communities. FHFH pays participating local butchers a discounted rate to process deer and livestock donations.

Fact #1:  One deer can provide up to 160 meat servings

Fact #2:  The average discounted cost to process one deer in our area is around $55

 

Who Benefits?

The meat is distributed FREE OF CHARGE by FHFH local food banks and ministries to help feed the needy of Northeast Ohio!

 

How Can You Help?

Individuals, businesses, churches, civic clubs, and foundations make tax-deductible financial contributions to FHFH to help cover the costs of processing, packaging, and freezing the meat.
