Contributed funds will go to the Milwaukee DSA non-profit organization. These funds are used to cover administrative costs, such as printing costs for flyers, training materials, and campaign information. Funds will also go toward event space fees, tabling at festivals, and food and drink provided to volunteers for events. Funds are also used to pay for services, such as but not limited to graphic design work, financial services, legal services, and IT. The Milwaukee DSA executive committee makes majority vote decisions on organizational expenses above a certain amount, if there are any expenses not covered under the above categories. We do not currently have any paid employees, so no one collects a paycheck or profit from our funding pool.
