AASA MESOPOTAMIAN NIGHT 2021
In lieu of celebrating our beautiful Assyrian heritage in person, the Assyrian Aid Society of America has prepared a special alternative for Easter 2021. After its successful Christmas production, the Mesopotamian Night team will release a unique visual music video for the original composition "Maran Qime'leh" (Lord is Risen). The production features the talented Mesopotamian Night Choral ensemble—who convened and created this work during the COVID-19 pandemic for the enjoyment of all.
Preserving Assyrian culture remains a high priority of the Assyrian Aid Society, with Mesopotamian Night being a hallmark of this effort since the organization's inception. We are honored and proud to share the choral ensemble's talent during these unprecedented times with our global community.
The work that the Assyrian Aid Society of America performs each year for the community is possible due to your generous donations and contributions. By your gifts of any amount, we can continue creating more productions that capture and preserve Assyrian culture—while serving a humanitarian mission. Your donations will support the much-needed AASA humanitarian projects in north Iraq during this Easter and Assyrian new year season. Please make a donation today.
