Memory Advocate Peers (MAP) matches people with mild cognitive impairment or dementia and their care partners with volunteer advocates who have ‘walked this path,’ and can offer a listening ear, peer support, and connection. Through our efforts, we hope to usher in a future where no family faces a diagnosis alone, and all are empowered to continue to live with purpose, independence and quality.
