I would like to make a donation in the name of Fran and Jay Fisher, Moses, Sully, Cooperand Remi. Fran and Jay are two of the best humans on earth and through knowing them I had the honor of knowing and loving some of the best Springers.

(Dick and Carol) Toby, Class of 11, was with us throughout our 70s and into our 80s. He was a cancer survivor, but we sadly had to say good-bye last month. Thank you for filling a need we didn't know we had.

Donation is in memory of Buzz Bennett, husband of Barb Bennett. I ran many miles with Buzz, as part of a lunchtime runners gang and on weekends with the Buckley’s Striders. Buzz's warmth, laughter, fashion sense (oh those wild tights decades ago!), kindness, efforts to keep the Striders connected for so long, and his love for his family, including his Springer Spaniels were well-known and appreciated among the Striders.

Kathy was a remarkable individual, known for her unwavering compassion towards animals and a life-long reverence for the Detroit Red Wings. As a dedicated volunteer for MAESSR, she selflessly contributed her time and efforts to make a positive impact on the lives of Springers in need. She was also cherished friend whose absence will be deeply felt by all those fortunate enough to have known her.
