In order to ensure a stable learning environment for students we will offer student housing in areas of Kentucky that have the greatest need. This fund is meant to allow us to purchase homes for that use. At this time it is our intention to focus on the Portland neighborhood in Louisville and Southwest Jefferson County areas. We prefer to cluster properties together forming a campus.
