Yana cares for an invalid grandmother, two young daughters, works a full time job that is poorly paid, raises money for the miliitary, fetches water everyday, does her own DIY. all inside a medium sized Ukrainian city, 55km from the frontline (Mykolaiv). Her husband is in the Madyar Brigade. They are both heroes, but only one wears a uniform.
