At NAS, we’re committed to supporting as diverse a community of cultural leaders as possible, from CEOs to mid-career to entrepreneurs to artists, across disciplines, ages, backgrounds and geographies. We believe this diversity is essential to driving truly transformational change—and it’s why we now offer participants in nearly all of our programs the freedom to pay what they’re able, instead of a fixed tuition. No proof of need required, no questions asked.

Already, this new Pay-What-You-Can model is making a difference in the lives of NAS participants. But we can’t sustain it without your help.

When you support the Transformation Campaign, you’re making NAS programs more accessible to the leaders of today and tomorrow, helping them:

Spearhead positive change in their communities. Our alumni have used what they learned at NAS to develop new educational initiatives, expand their impact and reach new audiences, and promote cross-cultural understanding in fractured communities—to name just a few examples.
Forge meaningful connections with other leaders. During NAS programs and afterward, through our extensive alumni network, participants learn from each other’s diverse experiences, exchange ideas, and launch new partnerships and collaborations.
Build a more equitable and inclusive arts and culture ecosystem. NAS programs help leaders catalyze changes to structures, practices and policies, such that a more diverse range of people can participate, thrive and lead.
