Northern states, which often have shortages of adoptable dogs, have residents eager to take in dogs from the South. Friends of Manatee County Animal Welfare is partnering with Manatee County Animal Welfare, rescues and volunteers to send adoptable pups up north for a chance of a new life. Your donations will fund the transport costs to make sure they get to their destination safely.
