    Dear Friends and Colleagues,

    In response to the overwhelming inquiries for assistance with goods, supplies, prepacked food, water for our colleagues, communities, first responders, businesses and individuals in dire need, Illinois Continuity of Care has set up an Emergency Relief Fund. The IMMEDIATE need will be earmarked for COVID-19 relief.

    The need is massive and we know we can’t help everybody. Our intent is to provide thoughtful consideration where we may have the most impact with our limited resources. We know from experience and good will we have shown in the past, our association and members have a huge impact even with minor contributions.

    All monies collected for the Emergency Relief Fund/COVID-19 are specifically earmarked for relief efforts during the Coronavirus Pandemic.

    You may consider your contribution as an unrestricted donation which will be reviewed and managed by the state board. Or you may consider your contribution to a specific chapter which will be reviewed an managed by the chapter board.

    Any funds remaining once this crisis has subsided will be held in reserve.
