I am sitting here in the comfort of my warm home thinking where I will go for the weekend to ski while the brave heroes of Ukraine are defending my freedom in the freezing trenches. Donating is the least I can do!

Me being from Europe, Ukraine needs to be successful for all of us! I have experienced the reunification of Germany and the subsequent fall of the Soviet Union and other Eastern States and these states becoming sovereign states and started living and working together in a peaceful way. I had the feeling that everything is going to get better. Now it looks like that mankind is facing and developing backwards and more and more fanatic leaders come into power. If Russia wins this war, I think we have a very dark future in front of us.

I would like to thank you, Jake, for your informative updates and for promoting Help99. Let's not forget that ALL Russians are not evil, bad or even supporting Putin. I have Russian friends since 2012 after meeting them traveling through Europe. They are being bombarded with their own government's propaganda at a much greater intensity than the rest of the world. Those who could, have indeed left their homeland because of the so-called SMO ("Socidal Megalomaniacal Overreach") of Putin against Ukraine. Another ĥave young children and don't have the freedom to uproot and emigrate. The "SMO" [see earlier] must be stopped and reversed to 1991 borders.

Slava Ukraini. Thank you Jake for leading this charge, you are a true hero.

To the brave soldiers and stoic citizens of Ukraine, may your courage and resilience serve as a warning to all tyrants, despots and megalomaniacs for all time to come. The world will never forget what Ukraine endured, because it meant we didn't have to. With Putin gone the faint light of dawn is starting to appear and your nightmare will be over soon.
