Thank you for this gift! I'm excited to know there will be a version that allows you to download a PDF of a session. And that can remember parts, hold a longer conversational context, etc. I do hope though that this version will always be available as well. A free, day-long session in which I can interact with my parts with the IFS Buddy's guidance is valuable in its own way. Through this work, my community of parts and Self have been learning to let go and be present from moment to moment for life as it is. The impermanence available through this particular version of the IFS Buddy allows us to continue this practice. So powerful. Thank you. 🙏🏻

this is amazing!! I was having a meltdown today and needed to work with parts badly! I was at a loss. after completing one session I feel so hopeful for the future. This was a life changing experience. I have had IFS therapy with a trained therapists and it would have taken me at least 4-6 sessions to make the progress I made in 1 hour today.
