Patients who suffer from critical conditions like chronic Kidney diseases need to travel to treatment centres to get regular consultations, treatments, tests & dialysis. Sri Lanka as a developing country does not have an efficient public transport system that patients can use. For that reason, providing transportation for treatment is a vital and critical support. From the funding we receive from this appeal, SLKF will facilitate 100 such trips for critical care patients.
