        By providing your payment information and confirming this payment, you authorise (A) American Disability Rights, Inc. and Stripe, our payment service provider, to send instructions to your bank to debit your account and (B) your bank to debit your account in accordance with those instructions. As part of your rights, you are entitled to a refund from your bank under the terms and conditions of your agreement with your bank. A refund must be claimed within 8 weeks starting from the date on which your account was debited. Your rights are explained in a statement that you can obtain from your bank. You agree to receive notifications for future debits up to 2 days before they occur.

        American Disability Rights, Inc. (ADR) is an  IRS 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization, chartered to educate the public on the civil rights protections for qualified disabled Americans and advocate the proper use of a medical assistance animal (service dogemotional support animal) when prescribed as part of an individual’s treatment plan. 

        Our Mission:

        The American Disability Rights Inc. mission is to bring a better understanding of the issues to the community through education of businesses, groups and individuals in the relevant requirements, responsibilities and protections for the disabled including public access locations and reasonable accommodations in residential, retail, entertainment, workplace or travel environments.

        Tailored to fit the needs of a given audience, our educational programs can include statues and regulations of 

        On some occasions, ADR can deliver targeted educational programs that do not impact general population such as the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) or the additional regulations for military service members under the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). 

        Our Methods:

        ADR deploys an omnichannel approach to maximize the impact of donations from individuals and grants from corporations or philanthropic foundations.  These avenues include:

        • Digital Education, self-led and available on-demand, 24/7 via our website
        • Remote Education,  live, small audience interactive webinars with pre and post assessment testing available
        • Community Education, live local audience interactive in-person programs with pre and post assessment testing options usually lead by a medical-assistance animal team
        • Student Education, live classroom interactive in-person programs, usually lead by a medical assistance team, with optional post assessment testing 
        • Military Service Education, live in-person programs available
