He She Ze and We (HSZ&W) is honored to be a trusted and reliable resource for the community we support: trans youth and their families; adult trans and nonbinary folx; and allies wanting to learn. 2025 has been one of the most challenging years, to put it mildly, and we are still here!

We are still here providing education, support, and safe spaces for community connections. We are still advocating for the rights of trans and nonbinary youth and adults.

We are still here and expanding our capacity and now have a dynamic team of 5! We also more than doubled our Board of Directors, which is comprised of community members, professionals, and social justice co-conspirators! It is an honor to do this work alongside many leaders and community partners.

Together, with our focused intention and your financial support, HSZ&W can continue to lead efforts to help trans and nonbinary people live authentically and feel seen, heard, valued, safe, and supported.

We’ve set a BIG goal to raise $35,000 by the end of the year. Every gift, big or small, goes directly into programs and services that ensure our organization is able to:

Reach more families in need of education & support
Meet with each new parent or individual personally
Connect folks with resources and services to meet their needs
Grow our Family Connections and Adult Trans Social programs
Provide Ally & Community Education training to groups with limited resources
Continue advocating for Trans Rights at the local and state level
Lift up and celebrate Trans Youth at our annual Back to School Youth Empowerment Event
