Real Progressives’ Steve Grumbine and Macro & Cheese have been fundamental to my radicalization, helping me to become a true leftist advocating for working class issues and an MMT-informed Degrowth politics. Thanks to M&C and Steve’s efforts, I was introduced to Jason Hickel—I am now one of his students at the Autonomous University of Barcelona—and the Degrowth movement, Aaron Good—he and I have now met in person and he has become quite influential to my own master’s work—and a deeper understanding of the the criminality of the American state, and the entire panoply of MMT scholars whose books now cover the shelves in my studio. As a result, I am truly proud to fund Real Progressives ongoing work!
