Israel Lacrosse has announced a 20-player roster for the Israel women’s national team that will compete in the 2017 FIL Women’s World Cup, which will be held at University of Surrey near London, England, from July 12-22. The roster was selected following a three-day tryout this summer in Be’er Sheva, Israel, and a set of fall exhibition games.

The mission of Israel Lacrosse is to make lacrosse the national sport of Israel and use the sport to bridge divided communities in our region; international competition is just an added perk.

As such, everything Israel Lacrosse does is 100% accomplished through fundraising. We cannot grow the game of lacrosse, help Israel’s youth develop active lifestyles and leadership skills, and perform competitively on the international stage without help.
