November 8, 2022, yet another election whose outcome has left many American People thinking that their vote doesn’t matter, and that our elections are not fair, transparent and honest.

First and foremost, Election Integrity is a civil rights issue, and this lawsuit is quite possibly the most important legal action taking place in the country. California politics, on both sides of the aisle, drive leadership and legislation at the highest levels. Quite literally, “As California goes, so goes the Nation,” and California elections remain the most unsecure and corrupt in all the nation. However, if we can fix the Golden State at the ballot box, we can correct a whole host of problems coast to coast. 

But we can’t do it alone…

On Jan 4, 2021, under the leadership of Congressional Candidate James Bradley, the Election Integrity Project® California (EIP-Ca), and twelve other Congressional Candidates, a non-partisan lawsuit was filed on behalf of all California voters to compel elections officials to safeguard all ballots and equipment from the Nov 2020 General Election so that a forensic audit can be conducted, and to declare election laws and regulations that led to irregularities unconstitutional.

This is CRUCIAL, because without fair elections we don’t have a working country. 

WE HAVE ANARCHY.

In the end, our goal is to provide voters of all political persuasions with a restored sense of trust and confidence in our elections processes and outcomes. Right now, faith in our current system has largely been undercut as a result of apparent fraud, mismanagement and misguided legislation at all levels of government. We can do better…WE MUST DO BETTER!
