This educational facility and open air kitchen will be the heart of our community outreach.
The education center will not only allow us to accommodate our growing community's demand for our established workshops, but will also allow us to greatly expand our course offerings!
With our enhanced facilities, we will be able to offer a wide variety of brand-new intensive workshops on food production, from making butter and cheese from raw milk to home fermentation.
