Edna May Cole Silvers died in 2004 and left testamentary gifts that will benefit our communities for years to come. This fund generates income for use by the local chapter of the American Red Cross. The donor was born in 1905 at Hawks Nest. She married J. Waldo Silvers and served as postmaster at Nuttallburg and postal clerk at Bradley. She was a member of the Missionary Baptist Church of Calloway Heights.
