At Emmanuel Children’s Center of Bombardopolis Haiti, our ministry is made possible by a faithful team of men and women who serve our children with dedication and love each day. These staff members work tirelessly to create a safe, nurturing, and stable home—meeting daily needs and providing consistent care that allows our children to thrive. Simply put, our work would not be possible without them.

Our current monthly payroll is $762, with caretakers earning an average of $50 per month (approximately 7,000 HTG). Through staff sponsorship and increased support, it is our prayer to raise our monthly payroll budget to $1,000, allowing us to provide much-deserved raises and better reflect the value of their hard work.

Many of our team members have served faithfully for years, often through extremely difficult circumstances. This fundraiser is an opportunity to honor their loyalty and commitment in a tangible way—by offering greater financial stability, dignity, and the appreciation they so deeply deserve.
