The Woodruff Arts Center invites you to purchase a personalized granite paver and to leave a lasting mark on our campus—right in the heart of Midtown. The engraved pavers will create a beautiful, commemorative walkway outside the Memorial Arts Building’s Peachtree Street entrance. Each step along the path is an opportunity to honor your connection to the Arts Center, paving the way for the future of the arts and arts education in Atlanta.
Your custom granite paver can be inscribed with your choice of sentiment or name—and will become part of a continuing tribute for years to come.
Pave the Way is a part of the Woodruff Arts Center’s Experience Atlanta, Experience Woodruff capital campaign, a $67 million fundraising initiative that will bring new life to our campus, expand access to our proven educational programming, and secure our place as Atlanta’s center for the arts.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long is this paver opportunity available? This unique and limited opportunity is available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. Pavers will be unveiled at the grand opening of the Goizueta Stage for Youth & Families in January 2026. The inscription will last for the lifetime of the paver.
Can I purchase a paver for someone else? Absolutely! Our commemorative granite pavers are the perfect gift to honor family or friends. When you're checking out, simply select "Dedicate my donation in honor of or in memory of someone" and we will send you a personalized certificate of honorarium to share.
What will be on my granite paver? Line and character count vary based on size, as noted above. Fill out the text for your paver on the order form exactly as you would like to see it on the paver. You may choose how to personalize your paver. Ideas include:
- “A gift from …”
- “In honor of …”
- “In memory of …”
- A family member(s) name (such as a child, grandchild, or parent)
- Your own name
- An inspirational quote
- A family motto
Text will be in all caps. Logos and images are not permitted. The Woodruff Arts Center team will review all text. If changes are required, a staff member of the Arts Center will contact you.
The Woodruff Arts Center will email you a final proof that you will be required to approve before your paver is engraved.
Can I purchase a paver and decide what text I want engraved at a later date? Yes, you can purchase a paver now and leave the text blank. Our team will connect with you during the review process to confirm what text you want on your paver.
Where will the paver be placed? Your paver will be a part of the walkway in front of the Peachtree Street entrance to the Woodruff Arts Center’s Memorial Arts Building.
Is my paver purchase tax-deductible? Contributions to the Experience Atlanta, Experience Woodruff: Pave the Way campaign are tax-deductible. The Woodruff Arts Center is a 501(c)(3) organization.
