The Main Practice of the Instructions on the Profound Vital Points: The Main Practices of the Aural Tradition of Zhang Zhung

In this summer’s retreat Chaphur Rinpoche will systematically lead us through the main practices of the Aural Tradition of Zhang Zhung as taught in Dru Gyalwa Yungdrung’s famous practice manual, the “ChakTri” (phyag khrid). Written in the 13thcentury, for seven hundred years this manual has served as the principal practice guide of the Aural Tradition of Zhang Zhung.
