Improved access to healthcare matters.  We know this and, as a result, Axis Health System continues to expand to support the growing primary, oral and behavioral healthcare needs in our region.

Please note an annual donation of $250 or more made to the Durango Integrated Healthcare Project is eligible for an Enterprise Zone (EZ) Colorado State Tax Credit. Qualifying EZ donations must equal at least $250 in any calendar year and can be one-time contributions or set up as a recurring monthly amount.
