Every year, more than 10 million dogs and 4 million cats are captured and slaughtered by the black market trade. Many of them are stolen pets.

Duo Duo Project teams are on the ground in China 365 days a year working to save innocent pets and strays by providing animal care, community outreach, and animal welfare advocacy programs. And now, in our eleventh year of service and progress, we are preparing to launch our nationwide spay and neuter program in China.
