Goal
This Giving Tuesday, help Dudley Street School's 5th graders participate in Nature's Classroom, where they'll discover the wonders of science through hands-on outdoor learning. Students develop independence, curiosity, and leadership as they spend valuable time in nature. For many, it's their first time away from home and their first adventure in the great outdoors.
Most of our students come from low-income families, and your support ensures that all students, regardless of their financial background, can experience this transformative opportunity. Parents often share how Nature's Classroom helped prepare their children for middle school, and students leave with unforgettable memories, new friendships, and a deeper love for learning.
Our goal is to raise $10,000 to make this life-changing experience possible for nearly forty scholars. Will you help us reach that goal?

Although I was initially apprehensive about her going on this trip, this was a very necessary experience for my daughter. It taught her many skills and gave her and her classmates an opportunity that many inner city children may not get. They were able to leave the city, go camping, build strong bonds and life skills, and explore nature. It also gave parents a break from the daily grind. I'm very appreciative to the 5th grade team at Dudley for taking such great care of the students and keeping us in the loop every step of the way.
