Doris Chan

Doris immigrated to Canada in 1989 and started her volunteering work in 1992.   She joined Mon Sheong Foundation (MSF) in 1998.  

She was appointed as the President of MSF in 2015.  She is now the 1st Vice Chair of the organization.  Currently, Doris is an Advisor at Cherish Integrated Services and also servicing in Markham Peoples Community Church. 

Doris received The Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal in 2012; The Leading Women Awards in 2018 and The Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Award in 2022. 

Doris enjoys singing.  Every year she participates and performs the charity singing concerts in the community.   She also teaches singing to the seniors in Mon Sheong Court and the handicapped students in Cherish Integrated Services Center.  With her passion and love, she firmly believes that singing can deliver positive messages and make people to be happier and healthier.

陳劉燕玲 (Doris)1989 移居多倫多, 1992 開始社區義務工作。1998加入孟嘗會，2015被選為會長。2019被委任為第一副主席。Doris 是智愛智障中心的顧問也是萬民教會義工。

Doris 喜歡唱歌。跟隨資深歌唱老師學習。除參加社區慈善籌款演唱外，更抽空教長者及智障人士唱歌，藉學習過程給予安慰和舒援不安的情緒。讓正能量訊息令他們活得更健康，快樂，精采！
