Bertha is not a cocker spaniel, but she is a shelter dog in a medical crisis and needs life saving emergency surgery and hospitalization.

She has a huge mammary tumor and is lethargic, not eating and has pus and blood discharge from her vaginal area.  This poor girl!  She might have Pyometra in addition to the mammary tumor.
