As a man, I know the hardship of being a man suffering from mental health problems. So me and a team of men and women on tik Tok called the "ghost squad" have raised this £500 towards this charity of my choice to show our appreciation for all that you do for men suffering. I talked to Paul Rollason on the bus about his 30 triathlons. He is an inspiration. I knew about Mandown also from a West Briton article. This is an amazing and much needed support, I have lost friends from suicide and still have friends and lived ones who struggle with mental health.

I’m Freya and I’m 13 I lost my dad just over a month ago to suicide he went to one of your groups and my auntie said he found it helpful, he was invited back but decided not to go. I wish it was more out there for men to talk about there mental health. I am donating my pocket money, I hope this can help and I hope I can help save someone’s dad, husband, son, friend of brother
