Hi I’m Soraya and I hate heights and climbing but………..

On Tuesday the 14th of April 2026 I’m climbing Scafell pike, the highest mountain in England for a very good reason. To help a charity very close to my heart and raise some much needed funds for the organisation.

Man down is a mens mental health support group. They provide a safe, confidential and informal environment for men to share their experiences and connect with each other.

82 men a week in the U.K. take their own life. That’s on average 12 men a day !!
