So the month of august I will be raising money and awareness for men’s mental health,,, Man down is a charity so close to my heart it and its members have made me believe that I am worthy that I matter 


I will be running every single day in August raising money 


And in this time 


Completing 


Indian queens half marathon 


The 20 mile rat race 


The Scorrier house 5k 


And the st Agnes 5 miler 


As well as 5k a day running
