I am running 5k a week to raise funds for Man Down men's mental health this October.

Mental health is a topic close to my heart. As man I've experienced bouts of mental health all throughout my life and witnessed friends and family struggle too.

We are living in a very fast passed challenging world at the moment and there is a lot of pressure and societal expectation.

Men are 3 times more likely to commitment suicide in 2025.

Man Down attempts to erase the stigma around mental health and is an organisation that supports men of all ages in Cornwall and Devon and is expanding UK wide; providing peer to peer support groups for men to talk openly about their feelings with fellow men in their time of need.
