Donate to Man Down UK CIC

On 21st September, I’ll be attempting ‘Man Up and Down’, a 20km run along a strenuous stretch of SW coast path from Portreath to Perranporth. I’ll be attempting to run all of it… 

I’m doing this to honour our late friend Jez, challenge myself and raise money for a men’s mental health charity, the namesake and official benefactor of this event - Man Down.
