Well I’m new to Man down as a facilitator but this doesn’t stop my drive to help others. If we can help one person then it’ll all be worth it. 

So for me to not have a drink for a month isn’t that hard at all but it’s my way of trying to do my bit to support the cause and help create a place for us all. 

Any donations would be amazing, and spreading the word is even more important.
