Donate to Man Down UK CIC

On `Saturday 20th May 2023 I'll be taking part in the Classic Quarter ultramarathon. 

This epic adventure covers 44 miles and over 5000 feet of ascent along the beautiful Cornish coast path from mainland Britain's most southerly point (Lizard point) to its most westerly point (Lands end).

This year I'm raising money for Cornwall's "Man Down" charity who do an incredible job supporting men's mental health across Cornwall with the aim of reducing the number of male suicides in the county.
