Our Perth Amboy Library has been Serving Perth Amboy Since 1903

The Perth Amboy Library is an Andrew Carnegie Library funded by the Government of Perth Amboy.  Government funding helps defrays the Library's operating expenses.

The purpose of the Friends of the Perth Amboy Free Public Library is to focus and help support the Library's services, yearly programs, and to focus attention on the needs of the library to ensure a stimulating environment.  We encourage the support from generous individuals like you to help fund literacy classes, children's story hours, museum passes for the community and so much more. 

Your gift helps our mission in enrichening the lives of members of our community and to promote book literacy and awareness which helps foster the growth and development of education and learning.
