Dear Friend of Wasatch Community Acupuncture,

We are reaching out to humbly invite you to donate to our clinic.

You may know that Wasatch Community Acupuncture is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organizatio n. Our mission is to relieve suffering and support health by providing and promoting affordable acupuncture in an accessible, caring environment.

There are many worthy organizations to donate to, so why donate to us?

✅ We're a small organization that can use the help! Our clinic is powered by 4 full-time staff members, 10 part-time staff members, 3 board members, and many wonderful laundry volunteers. We are sustained almost entirely by individual treatment fees that average about $21 (most acupuncture clinics charge between $70-$200/treatment), plus a small number of donations each year.

✅ We are very active, working hands-on to help people feel better 7 days/week for more than 15 years. So far in 2024, we have given 15,018 acupuncture treatments! For the past 3 years we have also partnered with POCA Tech to be a student clinic for acupuncture student interns – paving the way for the next generation of community acupuncturists & offering even more discounted treatments ($10/treatment).

✅ We have goals to grow and offer more! In the coming years, we hope to find more ways to offer low-cost acupuncture to folks in our community, including a second or larger location.

What do we do with donations?

Donations go to sustaining our current operation, subsidizing discounted treatment fees, offering our staff a living wage, and supporting future projects!

If you love what we do and want to see us continue to grow, please donate as much or as little as you'd like. Remember, our clinic is sustained by regular people paying a normal amount of money – we love small donations!
